New Model Y-Connector for Microduct

The Y-Connector is designed to make better use of ducts that already contain a cable or microduct. It helps place an extra cable or microduct into the same duct by using air-assisted jetting or floating methods.

It can be used with cables from Ø 4 mm to Ø 16 mm and ducts with an outer diameter from 7 mm to 20 mm.

One side of the Y-Connector is attached to the cable blowing machine. This connection allows the second cable to be guided safely into the duct without removing the existing line.

When two extra cables are installed, the blowing distance is still very close to the distance reached with a single cable. This makes the system useful for upgrading existing duct routes.
