We have completed the production of two fiber optic cable blowing machines for a customer in Saudi Arabia and successfully dispatched them from our factory in Türkiye.

The shipment includes one HydroSKY hydraulic cable blowing machine and one SkyJET cable blowing machine. Both machines were prepared, checked and packed before being loaded for transportation to Saudi Arabia.

Two Different Cable Blowing Solutions in One Shipment

Every fiber installation project has its own requirements. Cable size, microduct diameter, installation distance and working conditions can all affect the type of equipment needed.

For this reason, we offer different cable blowing machine solutions for different field applications.

The HydroSKY is designed for applications where higher pushing power is required. It uses a self-powered hydraulic system with two hydraulic motors and is suitable for larger fiber optic cables and microducts. The machine can handle cable diameters from 6 mm up to 24 mm and microducts from 12 mm up to 50 mm.

The SkyJET, on the other hand, is a compact pneumatic cable blowing machine designed for flexible fiber installation work. Its two air motors provide stable cable pushing, while its compact structure makes transportation and setup easier for installation teams.

Having both machines in the same shipment gives the customer the opportunity to use different cable installation methods according to the requirements of each project.

Carefully Packed for International Transport

After production was completed, both machines went through their final checks at our factory.

The machines and their accessories were then prepared for international transportation. The main equipment was protected inside custom-built wooden packaging, while smaller components and accessories were packed separately.

As our machines are regularly shipped to different countries, international packaging is an important part of our production process. The goal is not only to manufacture the machine correctly, but also to make sure it reaches the customer safely and ready for use.

Supporting Fiber Optic Projects in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia continues to invest in telecommunications and fiber optic infrastructure. Reliable installation equipment is an important part of these projects, especially when fiber cables need to be installed efficiently over long distances.

Our HydroSKY and SkyJET cable blowing machines will now be used in the field in Saudi Arabia for fiber optic cable installation applications.

We are pleased to see another pair of our machines leaving Türkiye for an international project.
